In addition, you can view, modify or cancel your reservation if the need arises.
My flight changed – how do I go about changing my reservation?Please contact the Customer Service at +1 (800) 528-7582 and we will be happy to arrange for a reservation that correlates with your new schedule. Please submit changes minimum 24 hours prior to your reservation date.
My flight is delayed. Do I need to contact anyone to let them know to hold my shuttle reservation?No, your flight is monitored for delays and you will be picked up accordingly. Typically we don't charge for flight delays if they're not too long.
How do I locate my chauffeur when I arrive at the airport?Your chauffeur will meet you at the baggage claim with a board that has your name on it.
What is your cancellation policy?We understand your travel plans may change. With that in mind, Metro Elite Transfer has a very simple cancellation policy: regardless of whether you made your reservation online or by phone, just give us 24 hours notice prior to your pickup time and we will give you a full refund of the quoted fare. The service fee is non-refundable. Refunds normally show up on your account within 3-5 business days. Unfortunately, Metro Elite Transfer cannot refund payment if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice prior to pickup time or in the event of a no-show.
